In a time when our attention span is getting shorter and shorter, when arts organisations find it difficult to plan beyond the current year and businesses are increasingly focused on quarterly profits, we are in danger of overlooking the strengths, purpose and results that can be achieved through long term partnerships between business and the arts. Our Principal Member BP knows this first hand, as they have been working closely with the arts for the last 35 years.
Now in our 35th year, this year’s awards celebrate the importance of collaborative practice as a vehicle to drive new partnerships and strengthen on-going relationships between business and the arts. They highlight the best examples of how arts organisations and businesses can come together to transform communities.
